水泵冷卻系統(tǒng)說(shuō)明

A water pump is an important part of the engine cooling system.水泵是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。

It provides circulation of the engine coolant (antifreeze) through the cooling system (see the top picture).它提供了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻水通過(guò)冷卻系統(tǒng)（防凍液）循環(huán)（見(jiàn)圖片上方）。
A water pump pushes the coolant through the passages (water jackets) in the engine cylinder block and cylinder head and then out into the radiator.

一臺(tái)水泵推通過(guò)在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸體，缸蓋的通道（水套），冷卻液，然后將散熱器了。 This helps to keep the engine from overheating; the hot coolant passes through the radiator where it cools down and then returns back to the engine.

A water pump is usually driven by the engine through the drive belt.

Typical water pump problems include coolant leaks, noisy or defective bearing, damaged or corroded impeller.典型的問(wèn)題包括冷卻水泵漏水，噪音或有缺陷的軸承，葉輪損壞或銹蝕。
Faulty water pump might cause the engine to overheat, which can result in serious engine damage.水泵故障可能導(dǎo)致引擎過(guò)熱，從而導(dǎo)致發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞。 If defective, a water pump is replaced as a unit.如果出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，一臺(tái)水泵被替換為一個(gè)單元。

Is it worth to replace a water pump when a timing belt is being replaced?是否值得更換水泵同步帶時(shí)，被更換？
